The location is great and unbeatable, right next door to downtown bars, restaurants, breweries, and nightlife. The room had a beautiful view. The staff was friendly, attentive, and able to handle any situation smoothly.

Fantastic and clean hotel with great views of downtown. Exceptionally comfortable beds and amenities like a safe box, flat screen cable TV, and a fridge. Courteous service. Great and perfect location, near everything in Grand Rapids.

Their attention to guest comfort was superb. Our reservation was not there when we arrived, but the Desk Host quickly assured us that there was a room available and signed us in. The room was absolutely beautiful and in an excellent location. Every one on the staff - from the front desk to the servers in the Bistro - were friendly and made the stay that much more enjoyable. And you cannot beat the location! We were going to the Van Andel Arena and when we opened our curtains in the room...there it was! Convenience to everything we were interested in...great walking section of the city! And great food available everywhere!

The room we were given was standard but comfortable, consisting of a bedroom that suited our needs, and the hotel's location was convenient, being very close to the Van Andel area, where we went to a concert.

Staff were very accommodating to the needs of our group. Our suite was clean, spacious, and perfect for our group. The hotel is directly across the street from the B.O.B. which worked well for us, too.

The pool wasn't anything exceptional.

This venue looks amazing and is pretty tidy. The views of downtown are delightful. 🏙️

The location was the reason I stayed there plus I have always enjoyed my room at a Courtyard.

Would appreciate more coffee creamers in the room. Everything else was wonderful.

The room was contemporary and newly remodeled. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The hotel is in a great and perfect location. It is close to the concert venue 20 Monroe Live, the restaurant, the Van Andel Arena, and Downtown.

The location of the hotel and conveince of the parking garage for the 10k was great. It was very nice to have the restaurant just downstairs and be able to grab a bagel before the race. It was really nice to be able to come back a shower after the race. I am going to do this race next year and stay here! It was just a wonderful experience!

For the price, things like the elevator and the bathroom were a little dated. However, the price compared to the conveince was spot on.

I liked the location of the hotel.

The hot tub was gross. After we got to the pool area We didn't even go in it. Staff at the front desk were chatting with each other for about 3 minutes before they realized there was people there waiting to check in. The room had the coffee maker inside the closet (that is an odd spot for it) we only found it by chance. Over all the room was pretty old and worn looking, for $250.00 for one night I expected more.... I would not recommend this hotel.

This place is super clean and has an amazing view of the city. The room looks fresh and newly done, with nice furniture. You can stay cozy with the central heating, keep your valuables safe in a private safe, and enjoy some good TV with many channels available. 🌆

The staff are all very friendly. The location of the building is great, and the small suite we had was still very spacious.

This hotel shares the building with both condos and apartments so do NOT expect or even hope for a River view as the hotel only has the first 7 floors. The suite, while spacious, had a musty, unused smell to it that I personally found bothersome but my boyfriend didn't seem to notice. Their room service menu is pretty bleak while still being expectedly overpriced. I would much rather spend a very few extra dollars and stay at either the JW Mariott or the Amway Grand, would be a better use of your money!
